 MY STORY:
FROM REGRET TO REUNION
I met the love of my life when I was 24.
It was a tender and complicated time — my brother had been hit by a drunk driver four months before and was recovering from a traumatic brain injury in a rehabilitation hospital. I was also fresh out of heartbreak… my ex had moved on within a week, and I was still carrying the sting of it.
And then, amidst the grief and the chaos, he arrived.
I fell in love quickly. But I was young. Confused. Restless.
So I did what I thought I needed to do: I left. I moved to Melbourne.
And I spent the next 20 years silently punishing myself for that decision.
He and I lived very different lives — he became a professional musician and toured the world, I became a Channel & Healer.
We’d bump into each other from time to time at festivals or concerts. It was always warm.
But for me... painful.
Because I still held regret in my heart.
Then came 2020.
I found myself back in my hometown — just 40 minutes from where he lived.
I knew he was close. I even considered messaging him.
But I never did.
I told myself, That chapter is closed. Let it go.
Still, at least once a month, I’d dream about him.
In 2021, I had an astrology reading.
Right at the end, I mentioned the dreams — and the weight of the regret that still lingered in my system.
My astrologer suggested, “Why don’t you write him a letter?”
I thought to myself, There is no way in hell I’m doing that!
But I’m a Healer — so I did what I know how to do.
I gave myself a 10-minute healing session, focused entirely on releasing regret.
And just like that, twenty years of emotional weight lifted in ten minutes.
I felt light. Clear. Relieved.
That was on a Wednesday.
On Saturday, a friend invited me to a party at the last minute.
He was there.
We hadn’t seen each other in a decade.
And we’ve been back together ever since.
I was 44 years old.
And finally — that love I thought had eluded me for good… was right there.
Because my soul was finally ready to receive it.
In my 1:1 work, I’ve supported hundreds of women through deep relationship healing — because when love is out of alignment, it affects everything: your wellbeing, your clarity, your joy, and yes, even your business.
